    When can I start?
    As soon as you've completed your application and made your first payment. Your enrolment team sorts the paperwork electronically, then sends your course documents.
    How does the course actually work?
    You work through units at your own pace and submit them for marking and feedback. When you're ready, you book your practical assessment with your mentor or an assessor, at an assessment day, or by recording it yourself. Which route depends on your package.
    How long will it take?
    That's up to you. There's no set timeframe, so you can move quickly or fit it around work and family.
    How am I assessed?
    Everything is completed in our learning app: theory assessments and case studies, plus a practical assessment in a gym. You get feedback along the way, and resits are free.
    How often will I meet my mentor?
    On a mentored route, you arrange sessions with your mentor around your diary. On Online with Support, you join optional development days and attend an assessment day, with tutor support.
    When do I get my certificate?
    Once you've passed and paid in full. Your certificates are issued by an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.
